This was my first time doing something like this, so I was very nervous going in. From start to finish, the entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. Teresa, in particular, has such a calming nature and a wealth of knowledge. She made me feel relaxed and was easy to talk to. The procedure itself was far less painful than I expected. I’ll be updating my review as the progress continues.
