About Ruth Messmer Florist

At Ruth Messmer Florist Inc., third-generation florists arrange fragrant roses, asiatic lilies, and vivid daisies into fragrant bouquets for any occasion. They can create classic arrangements with sleek, simple glass vases and decorative ribbons or enhance blooms with creative flourishes such as plush stuffed animals, balloons, or wicker baskets.

In addition to flowers, florists fill gift baskets with epicurean treats such as Ghirardelli chocolates, dried meats, fruit, and wheels of cheese jacked from Mighty Mouse’s Cadillac.

Delivery territory was too limited. Lack of flower options. Phone help was terse and disinterested in what I was asking.

They were very kind. I showed up 15 minutes after they closed on Saturday the 30th, the last day of my coupon. Fortunately for me, they were still there, opened the door for me and honored the Groupon. I will definitely go back; my plant is lovely and I like to do business with such considerate people.

I was very happy with the representative at the Atrium location and with the product. What I was not happy with, and is why I expect not to return to this merchant is that when I placed the order I told the order taker that I wanted to upgrade so that the value fell in the range of $50.-$60. (vs the Groupon value of $40.).In my opinion, when a customer states a range, they mean no lower than..., and no higher than,,,. Instead the order taker entered the higher number only, which meant that by the time the order was complete, the new number was over the highest number. It's not that I couldn't afford it, or not willing to pay the extra. I just don't appreciate the methodology.
