I did enjoy the back & scalp masks but I wish the massage & masks had lasted a full hour.

Mattie is very professional and knowledgable. I am a trail runner and she has expèrience in dealing with the injuries involved in that sport as well as common muscle overuse issues. I would use again.

I was 5 min late. She still wasnt prepared, even though I had called her ahead of time. She only massage me for 20 min. After I was on the table she had to play with her phone to get the music, lighting was bright with no eye cover, the massage itself was lacking. I asked her to skip my legs and focus on shoulders, she told me that it didn't really matter about my legs and side them anyway. No face cradle cover, bare plastic. The room was freezing she said she knew, it usually was, then had to go search for a blanket. Not professional at all. Not a very skilled LMT for someone who told me she had been practicing for 2.5 years.

Hi Amy! I'm so sorry you were displeased with the room and location! I was mortified when I saw that you felt you only got 20 minutes and went back to check my records to see how that could have happened. According to them, you were over the allowed limit of time to be late, per our policy we allow 15 minutes before we contact you and ask you to reschedule. According to my records, when I contacted you, you chose to get a reduced session when you came in instead of rescheduling. And with the add-ons, I can see how you felt you got 20 minutes of hands on massage time. Again, I apologize you were so displeased with the massage and location and wish you best of luck in the future!

Went in for a massage to concentrate on the neck and shoulders and got a stretching session on my lower body.
