Very unprofessional in my opinion. They need to allow more time inbetween massages or if a patient is late, cut their appointment short. It's not fair to have a customer, who arrives 10 minutes early for an appt, still sitting in the waiting room 20 minutes after the appt should have started. The reason and discussion with the massage therapists was extremely unprofessional (the new female). The other 3 times I was seen- all therapists were late also. I'm used to getting massages from therapists who are on time and much more professional overall. Also, the atmosphere wasn't relaxing and overall not the type of massages I would want.
