Cloud9 Salon, Fort Wayne

Very nice woman but probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten in my life :(

My stylist told me it would only take a couple hours to color my hair. Almost five hours later, I walked out with a hair color I did not want. It was a complete waste of my Saturday. My head was so sore from all of the hair tugging, brushing, and washing. I didn't expect to be at the salon for that long. My stylist was friendly, but didn't seem to have enough knowledge to correctly color my hair. She had to ask another stylist for help. She talked to herself out loud about how unsure she was with every single step. After explaining the look I wanted (an all over single color) my stylist explained that the look I wanted was going out of style and recommended highlights instead. I thought her suggestion was rude and unnecessary as I was excited about the color I wanted and did not ask for her opinion. She continued with the ashy blonde I requested. My hair was already blonde beforehand and shouldn't have been a problem to lift. Regardless, I walked out with brassy blonde hair and had to color and correct everything myself at home. My experience at this salon was a nightmare.

Renee was amazing - such of a sweet gal :-) can't wait to go back to this location in the future!!

Renee was great But she is no longer at cloud 9 Her new spot is st the forum off of Dupont I will go to her again
