I would not use again. Nothing was explained unless I asked. Felt Ruth was abit rude. She even asked for a tip. If I felt she deserved it I would have given one. However her room was nice and the products smelled wonderful Facial was ok, nothing. better than any others I have had elsewhere.

Lady that answered the phone was very rude. I just called to cancel because I bought it for a gift and the person didn’t like the service. She said since you didn’t cancel within 24 hours I’m just going to redeem it. You can have it. I’d rather go somewhere and spend money with a better facial. Keep the money. Thank goodness I dodged a bullet.
