Unlike other Gyms. When you come into CrossFit OTS3 for the first time, you will be assigned a Coach. They will work with you one on one, to help you get started. To coach you, motivate you, teach you the fundamentals, and help you become a part of our community.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our Coaches will be working with you daily. They are there to encourage and motivate you, and set benchmarks for you to see the results. Results are not guaranteed they are earned. We provide nutritional Coaching at no extra charge.
