This is the second time I’ve used this coupon to take Christmas pictures with my son at JC Penney’s and I will continue to do so every single year! I’m very happy with the staff at JCP, they are very friendly and I’m happy I received the pictures that same day.

It was okay! We got a brand new employee and she was left by herself, it’s not her fault. She should have never been left alone, she was very nice. Pictures turned out okay, but I don’t think something was done right because I didn’t get my 3 digital photos. I’ll call tomorrow to get it figured out. But overall the new employee should have never been left alone. I wish pictures turned out better

The assistants were over 30mins late to work so there wasn’t anyone to help the photographer to get our kids to look, smile, or advise us to fix dresses. The photographer seemed kind of lost on how to pose us. It was fine for the price.
