Pushy sales and photos were not great just ok

Air conditioner was broken and was hot, when we were done he was very pushy in trying to sell me more photos than I needed and was very expensive for the quality of service I received, And was still pressured into spending more money than my husband wanted me to.

Outdated props, posing, etc. If this business wants to be successful it needs a facelift fast! The photographer's talent and work itself is solid but the business location needs to be cleaner and in better repair to make it inviting for customers. The pricing is consistent with what our family typically pays for photos but for my money I will frequent a business that has a clean well repaired location and fresh ideas on location, props, and posing any day.

Prices were on the high side for 3 poses and we were only told after paying that we would. Get them back in 2 weeks. We never received a final statement of the pictures we ordered nor offered I CD of the thumbnails. Stepped into the past when we walked in the door.
