What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To create a non intimidating and fun workout environment for women. My camp offers customized workouts and a support system with other women that have similar goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help others live a healthy life. Whether it's losing weight or building muscle, there is no better feeling than seeing others meet their health and fitness goals.
