You must book your appointment way in advance to see her. OR you can luck out and snag a spot if/when someone cancels, like I did. Got highlights and a haircut. Its lighter & shorter than what I initially had in mind but it works! I liked the end result ( & so does my husband ). I will be back.

Jackie is very knowledgeable and professional. I went in with a certain expectation of what I wanted and she took the time to explain the pros and cons. I'm not ready to go full grey, so full color that wasn't to dark was the realistic way to go. Her schedule is busy so book right away and book your next appt during your current appt.
