Organic Fresh Air Fort Worth came and did our service and he was very friendly, professional, and informative with great communication as well! Will definitely go through them again if needed!

The worst service ever. When the technician left my home, he left a layer of soot on everything in my home. DO NOT USE. I am leaving 1 star because I have to. I want to leave -5. I’m a senior and had to hire someone to clean

The sent a "technician" out to my house. He basically tried to charge me over $3,000 to clean my ducts. I told him I purchased a Groupon to get a certain amount cleaned. He stated, "I have no idea about that, I was told I had an appointment here to go over prices." He stated he didn't know anything about the Groupon and then proceeded to try and upsell their service by bargaining from over $3,000 to $800 for only 6 vents. Since I already took off work and didn't know when I'd be able to get another chance to meet at my house again, I went ahead and agreed to an additional $700 to get 6 vent ducts cleaned. He MADE A MESS. He put a small drop cloth down but smeared all the debris and dust all over the floor. Then he proceeded to do it over my bed and got the dust and dirt all over my bed and tried to hide it by folding my white comforter over itself after he smeared it on that. I don't recall the "technician's" name but he was a young kid with a neck tattoo and did not present himself very professionally. Texas Duct Pros was a ripoff and only send people out to UPSELL their products and not honor the original Groupon.

Great service! They came, explained what they were going to do and finished in a timely manner. He gave me a quote for some recommended repairs I should have done and didn’t force me to do it immediately but said I could cal anytime to set it up. Highly recommend! He looked at the chimney from inside at the bottom and from the roof at the top which I appreciate and took pics and video to show me.
