What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only ALL Female boxing club with female coaches. This allows girls to feel comfortable while they get trained to compete, enjoy a new exciting full body workout, or learn self defense,

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The head coach is an Ex Professional boxer who was the first female to go Pro out of DFW. She struggled with being told "Boxing isnt for girls." and the lack of other female competitors. After retiring ranked 14 in the world she always dreamed of having a female only boxing gym.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to do something that can benefit our kids and even our grandmas. I see the young girls who are brought because they've been bullied in school gain confidence, girls who never knew about boxing decide to compete, & moms says,"Wow I never thought Boxing could be this good of a workout!"

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A 65 year old bought her best friend a personal training lesson for her birthday and they both had the times of their lives!! Completed the full workout and smiled the whole time!
