They banish boredom with exclusive class offerings as well, familiarizing physiques with the mat work and pulley exercises of the Gyrotonic Expansion System—a flowing regimen that aims to tone muscles while calming the nerves. During every lesson, the studio's sprung dance floor protects joints from overexertion and preps students for the 2020 advent of Moon Zumba.
