The chefs at Dim Sum USA specialize in China's favorite bite-sized dishes. Chefs steam baskets of doughy pork and shrimp bao, or dumplings full of hot soup. Other favorites including veggie pancakes and Chinese hamburgers (an assortment of cooked beef and veggies in between two wheat buns) round out the handheld menu. Freshly prepared warm dim sum can be ordered to go and frozen dim sum can be taken home for later such as frozen dumplings, frozen xiao long bao, frozen bao, and frozen pancakes.
