The gym is not clean. Needs new yoga mats and housekeeping. The instructor not enthusiastic appears to be in burn out The workouts produce results, but sadly I ended up injured.

I couldn’t recommend Fit for Life Solutions enough. The couch Dan is amazing! Setting up an account was fairly easy and scheduling classes is simple as well. The area is set up to comply to Covid-19 requirements.
