Let me start off by saying that Fairways treated me terribly! I arrived to a house not fixed up. the beds had no sheets, and the towels were in the washer. That was due to the fact that we were not supposed to stay in that house. They said they sent me an email to let me know about the change to my reservation but I never received it. How about calling your customers next time! I tried to get my money back for the cleaning service that I did not receive and they said that since I never left them a voicemail on the EMERGENCY number thats for "emergencies" I wasn't going to get anything back. The lady I spoke with was not friendly. Honestly the whole thing was a mess. Terrible experience

The home we reserved was moldy, smelled like mildew, the pool rusty and dirty due to the torn nets in the back. Just horrible. An inspector from Fairways was sent over to the home and immediately saw and smelt the odor. We were then moved to Southern Dunes, where we paid $28/day for the pool to be warmed, which that NEVER happened. The ladies in the office were not only rude when complaints were brought to their attention, but uncaring about our situation. I reserved the home 1 month in advanced and when we arrived and informed them about the conditions of the first home they sent workers over to do repairs on and in the home while we were there! Unacceptable and Terrible accommodations.
