We always order gluten free pizza. Until this time, they had the best gluten free pizza in town.It was always a real treat for us. This time the crust on both of our gluten free pizzas was a very dark brown. When I called back to the store to tell them it was unacceptable, the worker told me that they used to cook the gluten free pizza with parchment paper (back when it was excellent). She also told me that they are no longer allowed to use the parchment paper and due to the length of time the pizza is in the oven, the gluten free crust is coming out that dark all of the time now. I ended up scrapping my toppings off and throwing the crust away. If that is what I had wanted to do, I could have gone to LIttle Ceasars near my house and bought a $5 pizza. Please change it back to the way it was. It is so difficult to find a good gluten free anything in this town and this was the one bright spot in our occasional chance to eat out. I would appreciate a response telling me the problem has been fixed so that we can try it again.
