Each morning, TJ’s Pizza’s chefs craft mounds of pizza dough from scratch. They stretch out crusts into rounds or squares sprinkled with classic toppings or premium ingredients like balsamic chicken, sun dried tomatoes, ranch dressing, and chipotle sauce. In addition to pies, the dough forms calzone pockets, which are then deep-fried. The pizzeria also serves oven-baked sandwiches and baked pasta dishes.
