About AJ Media Services

Alba Gonzalez-Nylander and Jennifer Goldstein-Fritz started AJ Media Services after 40 combined years as video and editing professionals at renowned companies including FOX, E!, and CBS. Eager to venture out on their own, the two women joined their talents in 2010, co-founding AJ Media Services with the goal of combining their knowledge and offering dynamic video services to municipalities, businesses, and organizations nationwide with top video productions. In the years since filming their first promo, Jennifer and Alba have worked tirelessly using their top-notch skills and passion to create music videos, training videos, DVD’s and voice over productions, in addition to multicultural and bi-lingual media.

They did fine work, but the customer service was horrible. I called for months checking on the status of my project only to be told, each time, that the owner or manager would call me back. I finally received a call back from the owner about 2 months after my promised completion date only to be told she thought the issue had been resolved. No apology, I'm pretty sure she could care less.

AJ Media did a great job duplicating my VHS tape - the DVDs were nicely labeled and packaged. I had to call to confirm they were ready and would have appreciated a notification. It was also hard to find the business - so good to have more detailed instructions. The price was great, the service friendly and professional. I have already recommended to a friend who has lots of old VHS that need conversion.
