Disappointing and Unethical Experience Our overall experience at this clinic was negative and frustrating. While the staff was friendly, the primary care provider, Theresa , had a condescending attitude and was dismissive of our concerns and priorities for care. I opted for the comprehensive package for my mother, expecting thorough service. Instead, they persistently pushed multiple add-on lab tests. Wanting to ensure proper care and provide all necessary information, I agreed to an additional $200 lab tests. A follow-up call was scheduled for a week later to discuss the results. Just ten minutes before our scheduled call, I received an unexpected request for additional payment to review the lab results. This was infuriating! At best, this clinic severely lacks transparency and respect for patients' time and money. At worst, it engages in predatory practices to exploit patients through continuous upcharges. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking ethical and patient-centered care.
