Releve One Fitness Studios, Franklin

I want to be fair - one of the instructors I had was fantastic. I would continue to go take her classes - she's lovely. The other kept touching me during class. She should have just mentioned what she wanted me to adjust or move - at one point, she about ripped the weights out of my hands after I took a pause with them when we were doing arm exercises. I was incredibly put off by this. I'll finish the class pack because I need to get in shape, but if she ends up teaching or subbing for a class I am signed up for, I won't take the class.
