A full-size, blond-wood fishing boat stands inside Shiki Japanese Cuisine, calling to mind the oceanic source of the restaurant's sushi menu. That menu includes assorted fresh sashimi and specialty rolls such as the Blackjack, which combines barbecued eel, avocado, and salmon with black caviar.
