The studio is dedicated to Hot Yoga Classes such as Hot Vinyassa Flow, Gentle Heated Yin, and Yoga for Newbies.. The other part of the studio is reserved for nonheated classes, such as the Hatha and beginners yoga classes. The studio also hosts qi gong, meditation, and healing arts workshops.

The facility is beautiful & inviting. The staff was friendly & welcoming. The only drawbacks are the ambiance in the room (I prefer dim, warm lighting) and the regular price of the classes ( they are higher than most if not all of the yoga studios in the area)..otherwise it is a very nice place.
