A little too pricey when compaired to other cleaners. Also took multiply attempts to remove ( and then only partially) a stain from a dress. Would have been fine if I had not had to go back 3 times to ask them to redo. Maybe a phone call saying the dress was not clean and they would try again would have been better. Was very satisfied with how my boyfriends very stained and dirty shorts came out. He even noticed how clean they were!
