Class was great. Studio is carpeted and smells/unclean a little given the heat and sweat.

Excellent teachers but I have arthritis in the knee and even though I told the teachers about it they didn’t have much idea how to modify things for me. After 4 classes suffering from severe knee pain and discomfort. Don’t know how and when I will use rest of my classes

Its a great place, nice and big. Just needs a bit of tlc, i dont like the smell in yoga room. Maybe some nice narural scent would help.

1st time doing hot yoga at Bikram studios. Really appreciate the instructor giving me pointers throughout the class. I think because I am completely new I needed a little more direction - and felt at times very lost. But at the end of the 90 minutes I felt very positive , accomplished and energized. Looking forward to doing more classes.
