We were so looking forward to trying another Italian Ice location. We "LOVE" Joe's Italian Ice in Anaheim, and Arizona, but unfortunately we live in the Bay Area. We were excited when Recess Italian Ice came, and they're good, but not as good as Joe's. Then we tried Rita's Italian Ice, and they're a little better, still NOT JOE's. So when I saw another new Italian Ice place nearby, stating in a review better than Rita's, I had to try it. I bought Groupons, and unfortunately they expired, so I had to pay MORE for something that wasn't worth my time or money. The ice is hard, and lumpy, and the frozen vanilla custard was gritty. Needless to stay, I will not be redeeming the remaining Groupons I have even for the face value, so not worth it. Ice is shipped in. The only good thing was the young lady who served us! I'd give her 5 stars.
