The staff scanned my barcode for the first time and then claimed it was already used after she scanned a second time. it took 10-12 minutes just to get the employee to understand it says redeemed the second time because it counted when she scanned it the first time. Just irritating and time consuming. The cakes were fine.

The employees never know about the promos or Grupons and when you tell them they act all weird and then have to go in the back and ask. That’s not their fault but it is the owners who never explain it to them. It just makes it all awkward.
