As the name suggests, Prime 109 Steak & Libation House focuses on two main skills: grilling steaks and pouring libations. In the kitchen, chefs sizzle up a selection of bone-in steaks, from filets to porterhouses. But they also craft seafood dishes, all curated by Chef Andy Revella, renowned for his culinary work at Rain Forest Café and Harrah's.
