Aikido is a martial art that teaches conflict resolution. The Idea of Aikido training is to find the best solution to a problem and not simply to hit someone. Aikido teaches one to be clear headed in difficult moments.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Listening closely to the Sensei, will reveal all the secrets of Aikido!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Aikido taught me how to be patient, relax and be much more empathetic to the people around me. These are lessons I hope to share with the world!

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people grow and overcome there problems. Seeing a student find a solution to something that is causing them trouble in their life is my greatest reward!

You will not be disappointed, our daughter loves Aikido of Fresno!! Every morning she wakes up she asks “can we go to Aikido today”. To all the parents, you’ll love the growth you will see in your child from participating at AOF.
