For starters, their check in process flow needs to be revamped! The day locker needs to be revamped and definitely needs more changing rooms The current tile, not suitable for water. I saw 5 ppl fall.not good l slip and fall

When we walked in - we noticed people wearing coats and hoodies and realized that it was super cold. Someone triggered the fire alarm and the rooftop was opened at freezing temperatures. 10 mins later we were kicked out and park closed. We drove 3 hrs just to park, get in and to get kicked out with simple refund. Very bad operations and planning on parks management for the situations like this.

Nice place overall but there are a few disadvantages. The park is small and can get overcrowded very quickly. We noted the lazy river and a small sized pool get quite cramped with people and children. The water is on the cooler side as other reviewers mentioned. My kids had an ok time but were disappointed that the water was cooler than they expected. Agree with other reviewers that mentioned the tight space in the lockers.
