Massage by Cynthia focuses on pregnancy massage and infant massage. Getting a massage while pregnant boosts your immune system, improves your sleep pattern and helps decrease the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Self care during pregnancy is very important and it is why we specialize in prenatal.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Prenatal massage is difficult to find in Fresno. Not a lot of therapist specialize in it. As a mother of 4 and never even knowing you could get massages while pregnant. I needed to share with other expectant moms how important and beneficial it is to receive massage while pregnant.
What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I will be the reason someone will be able to sleep better at night or have extra mobility in a body part they have been having pain in. Being able to naturally help people instead of having to result to medications that can harm their body.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Best feedback was from a patient that had suffered 3 years from chronic pain and was at the end of her rope. After a few months of massage she came to me and told me, "thank you for giving me back my life!"
