Darya was amazing! Knowledgeable and sweet :) They have a great microneedling pen and a medical grade (=very effective) numbing cream so I hardly felt anything! I will be red for a few days now and am looking forward to seeing the results of my regenerated skin! Thanks so much again! :)

1.) this location was REALLY hard to get to in Manhattan 2.) additionally, they did not specify that you had to wait 4 weeks between treatments, so you needed to redeem, or start your groupon 6 months or more before the expiration date. i lost 2 rounds of treatments. 3.) lastly, the laser treatment did not work on my skintone/bikini zone area. (my skin tone and hair color are too light) so this groupon was basically waste of money and i would have like a refund option.

Time keeping is important and I don't like to feel like my time is being wasted. Waiting half an hour for an appointment is wasting my time.
