Shelli arrived to my home in February 2015 and an order was placed. After a couple months went by, my shades were never delivered/installed so I contacted her regarding the order. Out of respect to Shelli, a very kind woman, I will only display a piece of her email response: "Im really sorry about not getting back to you, I totally forgot about it, I just pulled out your paperwork and realized what happened, I decided not to sell Hunter Douglas products anymore, due to cost..The only thing I can sell is the Graber shades." Now, I'm out $89 because I was forgotten about and a product change was made after our meeting. I wish groupon could refund me my $89. I had to go to Lowes and "cut" some shades for immediate privacy. What a waste of planning, time, and money :-(
