Their self-professed "over the top" gourmet caramel apples put boring old caramel apples to shame. I was proactive and ordered online because I was taking the strawberries to a bridal shower out of town. Well I went to the mall to pick up my order and it was entirely wrong!!!! First I had to call 4 different numbers before I could speak to someone. Once the guy got there who was supposed to handle the situation and I explained that the strawberries were wrong he said "we made what you ordered". Essentially calling me a liar. Well we pulled up my online order and low and behold they had gotten it wrong. I then had to wait until the next morning to get the correct order delaying my trip. And for all of my inconvenience all I received was an insincere "we're sorry".
