Bad customer service. The technician cancels confirmed appointments and acts like she doesn’t need your business. She made things very inconvenient for me. Maybe others had a better time.

Don’t buy. Non FDA approved machine. The blankets on bed were never clean. I could smell what the person had in their hair on them. Never ran on time. I bought the fat freezing with Suction for 50 minutes. She claimed that the time used was only 30 and the other 20 was for consulting. We never consulted.
