The Brazilian Blow-out I had done at the Balayage Bar & Boutique was unsuccessful. After my first shampoo at home my hair was frizzy again already. I thought perhaps it was just the rainy weather but after two weeks decided to call in to see what they could do. They said they would redo the process if I paid the same Groupon price again. They only guarantee the service if Brazilian Blowout shampoo/conditioner is used at home (I used Pureology). I have had years of experience with Brazilian Blowouts and this is the first time to have this poor result.

Mixed experience: great salon, atmosphere, disappointing Keratin treatment. While the service was very friendly, did not meet my expectations. My hair is still very Freezy, a departure from a previous treatment, casting Dad on its effectiveness. The stylist was very friendly, but I doubt if she has enough experience in doing keratin treatments.
