SHENIQUA IS RUDE AND REFUSES TO RETURN MY MONEY. AFTER 2 WEEKS WITH NO RETURN CALL OR EMAIL, I HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND SHE RETURNED MY CALL IN 5 MINS. SHENIQUA TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY FOR A REFUND AND STORE IS CLOSED. I CALLED AND ASKED WHEN WILL YOU BE IN THE OFFICE AND SHE SAID "YOU TELL ME" SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH SHENIQUA

The service was great. Quick and painless. The scheduling process was a bit of a pain because I’d schedule on a time and day only to be contacted later that the office would be closed or the time wasn’t available. After rescheduling at least 4 times, I got in.
