Wasn't bad I would have liked the sauna to have been already at the temp BEFORE I got there and not just cutting it on so it did not reach full temp during the 50 min BUT they were nice very little communication because there is very little English so there was a barrier there but appointment making was easy and kept would I go back? Yes because the things that were mentioned are easy to fix just cut the sauna on at least 30min prior and the issue is fixed. It was my first time so didn't know what to expect they had the towels,robes and cool towel for after the session so they were prepared in that sense you don't have to bring anything except for yourself so I liked that over all good experience.

The service is great!!! Just don’t purchase a Groupon they make it almost impossible to book a appointment. They should be removed for Groupon’s platform they don’t want to except,honor,or respect the service they sign up for. If you want to get hassled for the service and pay more upon arrival your in the rite place.
