I'm actually disappointed that I have to give this review. My first appt. that was scheduled, the masseuse didn't show up for my appt. The owner was VERY, VERY apologetic, and accommodating in offering me an upgrade with my service if I would like to reschedule. I agreed and thanked her! I was sooooo excited for this new appt.!! I greatly disappointed that the masseuse didn't listen to me!!! I
