For $69, today's side deal to StaYoung Fitness gets you one month of one-on-one instruction in an indoor group setting plus an introductory fitness assessment (a $325 value). You can attend up to four challenging classes per week at this fitness hub in Frisco, just about 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
The experienced, friendly trainers at StaYoung Fitness are results oriented and work one-on-one with each client to make sure his or her individualized health goals are met. Prior to the start of your small-group training, you will receive an introductory fitness assessment to establish all of your current concerns and objectives with a StaYoung professional. During the one-month session, you will receive the focused instruction of a personal trainer with the peer motivation and team spirit of a larger group class.
The strategic exercises and supportive environment combine to encourage clients to work their hardest, subsequently helping them lose weight, increase strength and endurance, and start to look and feel their best. Small-group-training sessions are conveniently scheduled in the mornings and early evenings throughout the week to accommodate clients' crowded work and play calendars, generally meeting 6:30 a.m.–9 a.m. and 5 p.m.–8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.–noon on Saturday.
