Under-staffed business for this time of year. Salesman eager to make a sale with everyone Ths walked up so my situation with finding a case that I already ordered was interrupted so many times I cannot count. After about 30 minutes all was resolved but was not impressed. Others might have better scenarios, just wasn't for me.

North east mall in Hurst, tx associate was extremely helpful. He had had a tech out that same day and he threw off the alignment pretty bad. So, he worked with us to correct the problem.
