There’s no real deal with this Groupon. I took my daughter today, and we ended up spending $72 on 400 paintballs (which we were told we had to buy) and the rental of 2 overalls. So, including the cost of the Groupon, we spent around $82 total—about $41 each. How is this 84% off when regular passes on their website are $38 and already include 100 paintballs? Sad trickery this was.

Not so great on the customer service front: I was screamed at, scolded, and patronized by a rude staff member for calling back a couple of days after leaving a voicemail, as no one returned my call so I could book a time to play. However, the actual paintball experience/ gameplay was great!

It appears as though your problem was with the staff at the park and not Paintball Promos. I am glad your actual playing experience was rewarding. You might want to share your displeasure with the reservation process directly with the park management.

You are fooled to believe that you’re saving a lot but when you get there, they charge you for the jumpsuit (9$) in Toronto and it comes down to a savings of 4$ per person if you take the basic package. Not worth the hassle.

The park you went to normally charges $37 a person for admission, equipment rental and 100 paintballs. With our passes, you only pay $21 for 100 paintballs. That’s more than $4 savings per person. Jumpsuits are optional equipment and not really necessary. The stains from the paintballs on regular clothes easily come out in the laundry.
