They overcharged me and forged my signature. Due to the fact that all of their negotiations are over the phone and there is no written receipt of prices beforehand, I was unable to pass it through fraud protection. I recommend not using them obviously, but if you do, plan out your trip ahead of time with them and have them give you a final written bill before getting in the limo.

Tyler, this is a blatant to smear against us because we didn't give you an additional hour for FREE as you demanded and threatened us that you would leave a negative review like this if we didn't comply to your demands. Your reservation went well into (aprox 45 min into) additional hour of overtime before our driver Robert dropped you off at your final destination and not before you . We charged your card on file at time of service when you refused to pay the overtime fee and then you attempted to charge back the full amount fraudulently with your credit card provider and when we provided your reservation details along with the vehicle GPS of the limousine that you were riding in, your credit card provider also agreed that we provided your reservation the service as requested and your bank/credit card provider denied your claim. You then posted this comment as retaliation since you didn't get your way. This is very unfair as we provide services pursuant to the offer purchased and the terms and conditions of service.

We used Lux Limo for our daughters wedding and Lux Limo had the most competitve prices and best reviews. They were really easy to reach leading up to the wedding. On the day of, our driver was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.

The 10 passenger lux.... was not lux. It was old and smelled like smoke. The driver was 20 minutes late and was in a t-shirt and shorts. With all of the extra charges, I could of rented a better, more customer friendly company.

This company will try to rip you off and make unauthorized charges to your account. I am still trying to get my money back.
