The water jar for the steamer was filthy brown and disgusting. I didn't notice it till the end of the facial. There's a few things I can over look cleanliness isn't one of them.
When she was doing different massages or hand movements she would only use one hand. At first I didn't think nothing of it but it kept happening repeatedly. I could only assume that she was on her phone.
