Delivered wrong food

I ordered pick up around 8:30 pm using the menu off their website. I was told that the food would be ready in 10 minutes, and quickly got myself ready. I got there about 15 minutes later, and was completely surprised to find no one in the dining area... not even staff. This is always a red flag for me. Don't get me wrong, I go out of my way to not have to wait for a table. However, on the flip side a restaurant that is completely empty means their inventory isn't turning over, which already tells me that my meal isn't going to be fresh. After being the sole person in the dining room for about 5 minutes, someone came out of the kitchen to let me know the order is being made... Finally, about 25 minutes after i ordered (15 minutes longer than i was told it would take), my to go order came out. Luckily, I had the 20% back Groupon, because the restaurant charged me their current menu prices... about $8 more than the menu on the website. The food itself was standard. However, the experience brought up way too many red flags for me to return anytime soon.

Worst Chinese food I ever had was this place. I ordered Curry Chicken, it was worst and the chicken itself was tasting old and overcooked. Top of that the arrogant lady added +18% tip on our final bill which was quite annoying as we were just two people. This is the first time have I seen in a restaurant where they forcefully add Tip to your final bill. The tip should be asked for and not added forcefully to the bill. Trust me, find another Chinese restaurant with good reviews because this place is garbage and total waste of money. Lastly, the old lady at the counter has got very bad attitude she will make you feel as if you are eating there for free.
