About Crossfit 007

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
CrossFit 007 is Lillington's newest fitness facility offering over 15,000 square feet of workout area full of top notch equipment. We are unlike any other gym in the area. We are a fitness facility build around motivation, hard work, community and results!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit offers constantly varied workouts to athletes of all levels of fitness. We will scale any workout to be sure that you are able to complete it and in a safe manner.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started this gym because we enjoy helping people achieve what they didn't know was even possible...whether it be a first pull-up or first 400m run without a break everyone has something they need help with and we wanted to help achieve celebrate those victories.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part of coaching at a CrossFit gym is the variety of people you meet and being able to celebrate the progress of each athlete on a daily basis.
