Awesome class and instructor! I have bad knees so I have to constantly modify the movements. However, I still got a great workout and burned a ton of calories. The only thing I would like to suggest is if she could somehow demonstrate some low-impact moves that go along with the high energy moves. I noticed there were many heavy women in the class who were also modifying, so maybe some 'light' instruction on how to do each and every move in a low-impact way so as to cause no injuries to knees.
