The service tech was great, showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient. He made a minor repair to our drain line, at no cost, which we were very appreciative of. We did have a hard time scheduling, no one answered the phone, wouldn't respond to messages or emails. After a complaint to Groupon, someone finally called back, guess they got swamped with groupons, but still would have been nice to get at least a call back after the first few messages we left. All in all, I'd consider using them for routine maintenance.
