Need to work on customer service skills. Many products foreign to Americans need some sort of English descri[tion of what the product is and how it is commonly served in the country that it comes from. Some of the cheeses lack any kind of label at all. The overall impression was that the were focused on serving europeans rather than trying to introduce Americans to new culinary experiences. More focus on attracting the locals would probably increase business dramatically.

For me the prices are on the higher side and the selection is not extensive, but if one wants east-European foods, it is a good option.

More truth in advertising. Maybe I picked a low on inventory time to use my groupon & had to settle for a bunch of chocolate when I really wanted a bigger selection of cheeses & meats.
